Purpose of the Role:The Export Manager leads all Commercial activities related to OUR PRODUCT outside of Brazil. The main goal is to grow and expand the exports of PRODUCT to the existing markets, as well as to seek new opportunities in markets where we are not present at the moment, or that we have little expressive presence. This person will be responsible for every trade negotiation for cachaça export through regular contact with customers abroad. As part of the main activities of the function, there are volume negotiations with each customer, elaboration of annual AOP per customer, elaboration of the department AOP, the control of the designated A&P budget creating the best opportunities to bring the best results. Key Accountabilities 1. Commercial Planning Lead sales activities to generate growth to Ypióca brand outside of Brazil; Commercial & Activity Planning with customers; Business Performance Management; Sales and Operating Plan; Keep all customers up to date with KYC and KYBP Policies, with the appropriate approved credit limits 2. Activation Work together with customers to find the best ways to promote the brand in each market; Help creating activation tools for brand promotion; Guarantee approval of any POS material following DMC. 3. Performance + Measurement & Evaluation Contribute to Measurement & Evaluation Process; Promotional Effectiveness with customers; A&P ownership. Requirements Bachelor Degree in Foreign Trade; International Relations or Administration. MBA in Foreign Trade, Marketing, Finance (desirable); Dominate English; Dominate Spanish (desirable); Five years’ experience; Software skills: Microsoft Office, Excel & PowerPoint with higher proficiency; Functional sales capabilities; Ability to handle stressful situations and work under pressure; Analytical; Commercial experience/exposure highly beneficial; Strong communication skills; Confidence 1) to challenge existing thinking 2) to be in customer-facing situations; Availability to travel abroad.
