Tasks Management of hiring process, promotion and training for shopfloor team suppoted by HR. Prepare, management and follow up of each investment project in Brazil. Develop, validate and follow up anual training Program (PAF) supported by HR. Apply cost saving actions (EPJ) in industrial team. Management of data uploaded inside of ERP. Evaluate supply chain and logistics department in order to assure all goods require by production and maintenance. Management of individual KPIs and training for middle leadership team suppoted by HR. Management of industrial indicators (production, logistics, maintenance, safety and engineering). Definition and management of capacity and supply chain for Brazilian plant. Guarantee all processes are in compliance with legal regulations and internal norms. Execution of action plan defined per customer complaints Define operations roadmap for Brazil. Apply Master Plan in Brazil assuring food safety, Assets & people safety and productivity validated by corporate level. Management of engineering/project team in Brazil. Management of productivity indicators in the plant & guarantee information diffusion. Prepare, monitoring and management of budget / expenses. Monthly update of SIG indicators related Industrial department. Define and management of inventory level for semi-finished and finished goods. Qualifications Education Background: Graduation in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Eletrical/Mechanical Engineering or related areas. Degree in related areas. Experience: External experience as Operations, Production or Industrial Manager in food industry. Business Market: Experience in food industry. Technical Skills: Desirable knowledge of liquid, spray drier and powder blend activities in food industry. Foreign Languages: Advanced English level.
